– Beautiful old house full of charm and history. This house consists of a main building with a large kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of them en suite with the master bedroom), a beautiful room in the oldest part of the house and a spacious attic.
-Accessories and next to the large swimming pool that this house has, we find an annex that is completely independent. This building has 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom, XNUMX kitchen and a living room. The location next to the swimming pool makes this stay an ideal place to enjoy the swimming pool and the beautiful Mallorcan weather.
The farmhouse is registered in the Tourist Housing Registry with capacity for up to 9 adults (over 12 years old).

c) Housing with 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (including 1 en suite in the master bedroom), living room and kitchen. The house is surrounded by grass which gives great freshness in the hot Mallorcan summers.
The house is registered with the tourist register and can accommodate up to 8 adults (over the age of 12).
All rooms except the loft of the old house are air-conditioned.
Each house has a private service (kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, appliances, etc.) that makes each group feel comfortable with the desired privacy. The wide garden that surrounds the farmhouse has a volleyball net, football goals, a ping-pong table, parking for 8 cars and different environments where you can relax reading a book, drinking tea or enjoying of the surrounding tranquility.
This villa has special equipment for the maintenance and repair of racing bikes. A complete mechanical workshop is at your disposal.
